FULFILLMENT OF THE INFORMATION OBLIGATION
The administrator of your personal data is Kopalnia Soli “Kłodawa” SA ul. Aleja 1000-lecia 2, 62-650 Kłodawa (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).
Compliance with the data protection rules is supervised by the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Administrator, who can be contacted by e-mail: iodo@sol-klodawa.com.pl
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
– performance of the contract or order, legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point b) GDPR (taking steps at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract and performing the contract), legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR (legitimate interest pursued by the administrator),
– handling the complaint process, legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point b) GDPR (taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract and performing the contract),
– performance of obligations under the provisions of law concerning the issuing and storage of accounting documents (bills, invoices), legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point c) GDPR (legal obligation) – the Accounting Act and tax law,
– business contacts, legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
– conducting recruitment procedures for the positions indicated in the announcement, legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point c) GDPR (legal obligation), art. 6 sec. 1 point b) GDPR (taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract), art. 6 sec. 1 point a) of the GDPR (consent – expressed through a clear action confirming that documents and application data have been sent to the e-mail address provided),
– using submitted application documents for the purposes of future recruitment, legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point a) GDPR (consent in the form of a declaration or by a clear action confirming that documents and application data have been sent to the e-mail address provided),
– keeping a register of shareholders, legal basis of art. 6 sec. 1, lit. c) GDPR (processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator),
– conducting promotional and marketing activities, e.g. sending newsletters, legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point a) of the GDPR (consent in the form of a declaration or by an express confirming action), art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR (legitimate interest in direct marketing of products and services),
– registration of participants of events and events organized by the Administrator, legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR (legitimate legal interest, identification of persons entering the Administrator’s premises to ensure safety and order),
– use of your image recorded in the form of photos or video recordings taken during events and events organized by the Administrator (applies to selected events and only after obtaining approval from the participant), legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator, direct marketing of products and services),
– contact with the media and promotion of activities in the media, legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point a) of the GDPR (consent in the form of a declaration or by a clear affirmative action),
– fulfillment of the legal obligation to prepare and store documentation, legal basis: Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR (legal obligation),
– pursuing claims and taking action in connection with debt collection processes legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR (legitimate interest in pursuing claims, undertaking debt collection actions).
Your personal data will be stored:
– for the duration of the contract concluded with you or cooperation,
– until you object to data processing; when the processing is based on the so-called legitimate interest,
– until you withdraw your consent if you give your consent
The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing services to the Administrator, as well as entities authorized to receive personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
The right to access the data content, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to limit data processing,
The right to object to data processing – if the processing of your personal data is based on the so-called legitimate interest and under the conditions set out in the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation,
The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it may turn out to be necessary for cooperation with the Administrator.
